By accessing and browsing the website, the user implicitly accepts, without reservation of any kind, each and every one of the terms, communications, conditions and other legal notices contained in this document.

2.1. In accordance with Act 34/2002, of 11th July, on information society and e-commerce services, and other applicable legislation, you are hereby informed that this website http://aneyron.com/ is the property of the company ANEYRON PROMOCIONES, S.L., holder of the VAT number B50985803. 

2.2. This company has registered offices at Calle Murcia, Nave 50 Polígono San Gregorio, Cadrete (Zaragoza).

2.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, communications from ANEYRON may be made by post to the physical address or by email. The company will contact you via email, either at the address on its files or as provided by you.

3. How the site works

3.1. ANEYRON reserves the right to, at any time, modify the content, structure, operation or conditions of access to this site unilaterally and without prior notice to users. 

3.2. However, users of the site recognise and accept that some of the information contained herein may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, or contain typographical errors. ANEYRON is not obliged to update the content of this site and shall not be liable for any failure to update the information. The user shall be solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and/or usefulness of any information, advice, opinion, or other content available through this site. 

3.3. ANEYRON reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to this site without prior notice whenever it needs to carry out maintenance, updating, improvement or repair operations.

The user is forbidden from using this website to send, transmit or publish any illegal, threatening, slanderous, defamatory, propagandistic, scandalous, obscene, pornographic or any other material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law, all of which he or she shall be liable for.

ANEYRON does not guarantee that this website or its host servers are free of viruses or other potentially dangerous software, nor the availability, continuity, usefulness or infallibility of the operation of this site, its services or its content, nor the legality, reliability or usefulness of the information and content provided by third parties through this site. 

3.6. In general, only natural and legal persons with sufficient legal capacity in accordance with applicable law may use this site. Exceptionally, minors may use the site with the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians, who shall be responsible for use of the site by the minor in their care.

4. User behaviour. Forbidden actions

Furthermore, the user undertakes to make appropriate use of all materials and information on the website and to not use them to carry out illegal or criminal activities in breach of third-party or intellectual and industrial property rights, or any other applicable legal regulations, and shall be solely liable before ANEYRON and third parties for non-compliance with the provisions of this document. 

4.5. The user agrees not to transmit, introduce, disseminate or make available to third parties any type of material or information contrary to the law, morality, public order or these general terms of use. 

4.6. The user must always provide truthful information that cannot lead to any kind of confusion, as well as correct identification data, never supplanting third parties or acting on their behalf. 

4.7. With regards to breaches, users should bear in mind that their IP address is logged every time they access our website. 

5. Protected website areas

5.1. Accessing ANEYRON services does not generally require the user to subscribe or register.

5.2. Some services require the user to sign up for a personal account. The sign-up process shall be as expressly indicated on the website. 

5.3. This site may contain restricted access areas that are protected by usernames and passwords or other security mechanisms. Users must not attempt to access such restricted access areas unless duly authorised by ANEYRON, nor attempt to override or circumvent the protection mechanisms set up by ANEYRON.

7.1. In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection, ANEYRON hereby informs the user of the existence of a personal data file containing all data entered by users in the website. ANEYRON is the data controller for the file.

7.2. The user and owner of the data is hereby informed, and gives his or her unequivocal consent, that completing the different forms shall mean his or her personal data are placed on ANEYRON’s automated files in order for us to provide and offer our services, and also to keep the user informed about the products offered. 

7.3. ANEYRON undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with regards to personal data and its duty to treat them as confidential. To this end, it shall implement all reasonable security measures provided for in law to prevent alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

9.3. ANEYRON does not guarantee the availability, continuity, usefulness or infallibility of the operation of this site, its services or its content, nor the reliability or usefulness of the information and content provided through it by third parties. Although ANEYRON strives to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability, access, continuity and infallibility of its operation and services, it is unable to guarantee such conditions, as they may be affected by numerous factors beyond its control. In consequence, it shall not be liable (within the limits established by current legislation) for any damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of such unavailability, lack of access and absence of continuity.

10.3. The user expressly agrees to release ANEYRON from any liability for the user’s acts or omissions based on the content hosted on this site. 

10.4. The user expressly understands and agrees that any content, software or other material downloaded or otherwise obtained through this site is done at his or her own risk, and that the user shall be solely liable for any damage or loss of data to his or her computer systems.

11. Right of exclusion and partial nullity

11.1. ANEYRON reserves the right to cancel, eliminate or disallow use of all or any of the services of the website by any user without prior notice whenever, in its opinion, and under any circumstances, the user is using the site improperly. 

11.2. Should a competent court decide that any of the provisions contained in these legal conditions are unlawful or void, such provision shall be excluded whenever legally required. In such cases, the user expressly accepts that the other non-excluded provisions shall not be modified and shall remain in full force.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

12.1. This site is located in and operated from Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without the conflict of laws principles being applicable. In those cases where the user is not a consumer, or is domiciled outside of Spain, ANEYRON and the user shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction they may be entitled to. 

12.2. Any users choosing to use or consult this site from outside of Spain do so on their own initiative, and shall be fully liable for complying with applicable local laws. 

13. Duration and revision

13.1. Although the legal relationship between ANEYRON and the user, as derived from access to and use of the site, is of indefinite duration, this relationship shall be considered to have ended whenever the company amends these general conditions. It shall be understood that a new legal relationship, also of indefinite duration, has been established between the parties whenever the user accesses and uses the services and content of the site once the company has announced the amendment of the general conditions.  

13.2. Notwithstanding the above, the company ANEYRON is entitled to unilaterally suspend, interrupt or terminate, at any time and without prior notice or just cause, any of the services it offers. 

13.3. ANEYRON reserves the right to revise, unilaterally and without prior notice, these terms of use at any time. The revised conditions shall take effect as soon as they are posted on this site. All users making regular use of this site must regularly review the conditions, and refrain from accessing the site whenever any of the revised conditions are deemed unacceptable.
